We are thrilled to announce a major new collaboration with Catella! Starting from 1.4.2025, we onboard 966 new apartments into our portfolio, now exceeding over 2000 apartments in total.
As we are launching an exciting new collaboration with Catella, we are further strengthening our presence in the Finnish rental market. With the partnership, Komu Homes will bring its AI- powered property management expertise into to these assets, ensuring efficient operations, enhanced tenant experiences, and streamlined asset management.
