
2025 has been a year of rapid growth for Komu. We have grown quickly, but at the same time kept our focus clear: our goal is to build the best technology on the market and a team of experts in the field. This year, we raised a total of €1.6 million in funding to support product development and strengthen our property management services.
With this growth, we have welcomed many new colleagues to the team. The team has been strengthened with real estate professionals, and major steps forward have been taken in product development. This is clearly visible in our customers' everyday lives: the service runs more smoothly than ever and also generates more added value for property residents.
Four new clients have also brought with them a significant increase in the number of apartments. During the year, the number of apartments under management grew by a spectacular 700 percent, which proves our ability to scale our operations in a controlled manner. We owe this to the trust our clients have placed in us. Thanks to close cooperation, the growth in the number of apartments goes hand in hand with our development, ensuring that our product and operations keep pace with growth.

At Komu, everyday life is built on openness and trust. “The people here are exceptionally open. When you come into the office, you say hello to everyone and can stop and chat with anyone, regardless of which team they are in,” says Software Engineer Rune. Work is done with a balance of freedom and responsibility: you can do things your own way. “When there is a high level of trust, results are achieved quickly and you can see the impact of your work even on the same day,” Rune continues.
The same spirit is evident in all teams. According to Leasing Manager Emmi, “if challenges arise, you don’t have to deal with them alone – there is always someone there to help.” Help is provided across team boundaries, and everyone is flexible when needed. The work is done ambitiously, but with a relaxed approach. “We work hard, but keep it fun.”
Working together often continues outside working hours in the form of events, joint training sessions, and other hobbies, which always arise on the initiative of one of the team members.
